  Each Sandbag features an inner black nylon liner that keeps the sand securely in place, and an outer blue shell that protects against wear and tear. The dual Velcro straps and genuine YKK zipper ensure the sand stays where it should, even during the most intense training sessions. The result is a durable, leak-proof Sandbag.
  
• Easy to fill and use:
  Our Sandbags are delivered empty and ready to fill with sand. No need to guess the weight or tape together makeshift bags. Available in pre-defined weight sizes between 45 and 160 kg (100 and 355 lb). Fill the inner bag with joint sand, roll it up, close the zipper and Velcro, and you’re ready to lift. A simple and durable solution for functional strength training.

• How to fill your Sandbag:
  1. Open the Sandbag and the inner liner (the black one).
  2. Fill the inner liner with sand until full. We recommend using joint sand.
  3. Close the inner liner with the Velcro strap, roll it up, and secure it tightly.
  4. Close the Sandbag with the zipper, then seal with the Velcro strap. Done!

  The amount of sand each Sandbag can hold may vary depending on sand type. For best results, we recommend using joint sand.
