  Follow our instructions on how to mold your mouthguard here for a proper fit. It may take a few training sessions before the mouthguard feels completely natural and fully adapted to your mouth.
  
• Designed for comfort and airflow:
  A mouthguard should not only fit securely. It also needs to perform during intense training sessions. The design is developed to provide good airflow and make it easier to breathe even when the intensity is high. You can also drink without having to remove the mouthguard, which is convenient during longer training sessions and competitions.
  
• For Strongman and contact sports:
  Mouthguard is ideal for Strongman, boxing, MMA and other sports where the teeth and jaw may be exposed to impacts or heavy forces. It is suitable for both men and women aged 14 and over.
  
• Compatible with retainers:
  The mouthguard can be used with retainers but is not intended for use with braces. If you use any type of orthodontic appliance or are unsure about the fit, we recommend consulting your dentist before use.
