After becoming a mother to a daughter in 2018, Jatta Sipola felt that the spark she previously had for the gym had cooled. Training suddenly felt dull. But in a quest for change, she discovered Crossfit in 2019, a form of exercise that quickly captured her interest.

Soon the opportunity arose for her to compete in Crossfit. Jatta's competition debut took place in "With Love from Carelian", where she secured an honorable 12th place among 30 competitors. But it was later the same year, in December 2019, that she tasted the sweetness of victory for the first time - she was crowned 'Fittest of North Cap'.

It was during this competition that Jatta first encountered Strongman equipment. She was immediately delighted - strong enough to claim it was even better than Crossfit! When 2020 arrived, she was equipped with a coach, a former Strongman competitor, by her side who helped her during the initial two years.

Since then, she has participated in several competitions, and not without success. Among her merits are:

2020: 7th in 'Finnish Nationals'
2021: 1st in 'Lapland Strongest'
2021: 4th in 'North Cap Strongest'
2021: 3rd in 'Finnish Nationals'
2022: 1st in 'Lapland Strongest'
2022: 3rd in 'Official Strongman Qualifiers u73' in Preston, UK
2022: 1st in 'North Cap Strongest u73'
2022: Semifinalist in 'Official Strongman Games' in Florida
2023: 2nd in 'Fefor Mountain Madness Pro Strongwoman' qualifier
