Born in 1979. Lives in Sundsvall municipality. Fredrik has an incredible list of merits, he has lifted the most throughout history in Sweden, both in powerlifting 1078kg and bench press 400.5kg. 3rd at the World Powerlifting Championships in 2014. 4 world records in bench press. 3 European Championship Golds and 6 World Championship medals in bench press.

In Strongman, his best achievement is 3rd place at the World's Strongest Man Masters and 2nd 3rd places in Sweden's Strongest Man.

How it all started

Fredrik has always liked muscles and strength ever since he was a child. Already at 13 years of age, he started working out at the gym and when he was 19 years old, he did his first Strongman competition and won. After that, he was hooked and he's still going.

Fredrik has been competing for a total of 24 years, in both Strongman and powerlifting.
